Clear answers before you submit.
Understand what an investigation means, what information may be helpful, and what happens after you contact us.
What is a class action?+
A class action can allow one or more people to pursue claims on behalf of a larger group with sufficiently similar legal and factual issues, subject to court approval and applicable procedural requirements.
Does an investigation mean a lawsuit has been filed?+
No. An investigation means facts and potential claims are being evaluated. Some investigations lead to litigation; others do not.
Does submitting information make me a client?+
No. A submission requests an initial review. Representation begins only when the firm agrees to represent you and you enter into a written engagement agreement.
What does an initial review cost?+
There is no charge to submit information for an initial review.
What information should I preserve?+
Keep notices, receipts, contracts, screenshots, emails, letters, photographs, product information, and records of money or time lost. Do not alter original documents.
Should I submit highly sensitive information?+
Not through the initial web form. Do not send passwords, complete Social Security numbers, full financial-account numbers, or unredacted medical records. An attorney can provide another method if needed.
Will I receive compensation?+
No result can be promised. Eligibility, available claims, and any recovery depend on the facts, applicable law, litigation, and court approval where required.
