How we review a report
Your experience is the starting point, not the entire case.
The question is whether the same conduct affected a larger group in a way the law can address.
1. Tell us the story
What did the company say or do? What did you pay, receive, or lose? Plain English and specific facts are what we need.
2. We look for repetition
We compare your experience with notices, complaints, lawsuits, regulatory records, and reports from other consumers.
3. We decide whether to dig deeper
If the facts suggest a common problem, an attorney may contact you for documents and discuss possible representation.
The details that often matter most
Keep dates, exact charges, receipts, contracts, notices, screenshots, product model numbers, and the company’s own words. Tell us what you have, but do not send highly sensitive information through the initial form.
